This means you’ll need to attend many matches and build this database. Does every keeper fit every club? I don’t think so. That’s why you need a goalkeeper profile that aligns with the club’s vision and playing style. If you, as a goalkeeper coach, don’t have the time to visit other matches and clubs, you’ll need to rely on scouts, informants, or football coaches. I can help you set up the scouting process and potentially do preliminary work per assignment. The actual scouting must always be done by you as the coach, in collaboration with fellow coaches, as you all determine which keeper could be a good fit for the club.
